My research project is to produce a scholarly catalogue of the approximately three hundred drawings by Flemish artists in the Courtauld collection. This is almost exclusively made up of two collections bequeathed to the Courtauld. Count Seilern51²è¹Ý¶ù bequest (The Princes Gate Collection) is predominantly devoted to Pieter Brueghel Rubens. Sir Robert Witt put together a more diverse but less discriminating group.
