Oliver Barker is Chairman at Sotheby51²è¹Ý¶ù Europe. An alumnus of The Courtauld, having graduated with an MA in History of Art in 1993.
Oliver first joined Sotheby51²è¹Ý¶ù in 1994, moving to the Contemporary Art Department in 2001, and rising to Chair, Sotheby51²è¹Ý¶ù Europe, Senior International Specialist in 2016. Today, as Sotheby51²è¹Ý¶ù Principal Auctioneer, he is a key figure on the rostrum at the major auctions in both London and New York.
