Courtauld Earns Top Three Spot in QS World University Rankings for Art History
51²è¹Ý¶ù proudly announces its ranking as one of the top three universities worldwide for the study of History of Art, according to the prestigious QS World University Rankings 2023.
This outstanding achievement reflects The Courtauld’s unwavering commitment to academic excellence, world-class faculty, and a cutting-edge curriculum that equips its students with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in the world of art and culture.

The QS World University Rankings serve as a highly regarded source of comparative data on university performance, evaluating institutions on five indicators: academic and employer reputation, research citations per paper, H-index, and international research network.
Art History is a brand-new addition to the annual rankings, joining 53 other subjects assessed in over 1,500 universities in 93 countries.
This acknowledgement from Global higher education analyst QS Quacquarelli Symonds solidifies The Courtauld51²è¹Ý¶ù status as an international leader in art historical education and research.
